Die Erfindung betrifft eine Rundwebmaschine zum Beweben eines Webkerns mit wenigstens einem Schütz (19), welcher eine Schussfadenspule (21) aufweist und entlang einer kreisförmigen Umlaufbahn (3) um den Webkern (1) bewegbar ist.Es wird vorgeschlagen, dass wenigstens eine Führungseinrichtung (11), ausgebildet zur Führung wenigstens eines von einer Kettfadenspule (10) einer Kettspulen-Einrichtung (9) bereitgestellten Kettfadens (15), vorgesehen ist, welche außerhalb einer vom äußeren Umfang der kreisförmigen Umlaufbahn (3) eingeschlossenen Bahnebene (8) beweglich angeordnet oder ausgebildet ist, wobei der geführte Kettfaden (15), die Bahnebene (8) querend, eine Ausnehmung (18) der kreisförmigen Umlaufbahn (3) passiert.
