Abstract (en)
Intelligent search modification guidance methods and system are described herein. A method includes identifying a visualization representing search results, in response to identifying the visualization, obtaining determination data for the visualization, where the determination data is associated with the visualization, generating one or more candidate search modifications based on the determination data, where each candidate search modification is a search structure for obtaining search results associated with the visualization, and where each candidate search modification has a candidate search modification type from a plurality of candidate search modification types, scoring the generated candidate search modifications to produce ranked candidate search modifications based on at least a portion of the determination data, determining a diversified set of candidate search modifications based on the determination data, such that the diversified set of candidate search modifications is diversified among the candidate search modification types, and outputting the diversified set of candidate search modifications.
