[origin: WO2019191513A1] Disclosed are scented material compositions, articles and methods of their manufacture. In some aspects, a scented attachment for a beverage container includes a scented article including a body loaded with a volatile chemical compound to emanate from the body of the scented article to generate a scent, in which the scented article includes at least one interior protruding structure that projects from an interior wall of the body of the scented article and is configured to attach to a bottle and be enclosed by a cap and the bottle when the cap is securely fastened to the bottle, such that the scent from the scented attachment is trapped when the cap is securely attached to the bottle and releases into an outer environment when the cap is detached from the bottle, in which the scented article comprises a scented material formed of a fragrance oil and a plastic base material.
