[origin: WO2019185591A1] The invention relates to a textile fabric, in which a lower layer, facing in the direction of a wearer of clothing formed by the textile fabric, of a first woven fabric and an upper layer, arranged in a manner facing away from the wearer, of a second woven fabric are connected together at corner points in a point-wise manner by means of a woven or stitched connection, and non-activated channels are formed between point-wise connections. The channels only open up in the event of exposure to heat/flames and they form segments between the point-wise connections such that, in the event of exposure to heat or flames, air can flow in all directions through the channels between the first woven fabric and the second woven fabric.
