Abstract (en)
[origin: WO2019193493A1] Device for heating of asphalt and similar mixtures and repairs of asphalt surfaces wherein the device is provided with at least one microwave generator (38) and a control system, where the outlet chamber (35) is provided with at least one mixer (37), on which at least one deflector (12) is set. The deflectors are fixed on turning shaft (51) and have a circular shape, while the deflector plane forms an angle of 20 to 70 degrees with vertical plane. The rotary shaft for the deflectors is horizontal and deflectors fixed on it have different diameters, from 100 to 350 millimetres. The control system is linked partly with the device for measuring temperature of the heated mixture and/or repaired as full surface, and partly with drive of the turning shafts.
