Abstract (en)

[origin: WO2019185365A1] The present invention relates to an electric motor with slanted stator and/or rotor containing at least one layer of a composite material, characterised in that the composite material comprises at least one electric strip layer as carrier and at least one polymer layer. The invention also relates to the use of the composite material to reduce the acoustic emission in slanted electric motors, and to a method for reducing the acoustic emission in these electric motors on the basis of the use of the composite material.
