[origin: WO2019202283A1] The invention relates to a system (1) for filling molds with a curd/serum mixture (3), said system (1) comprising: - a feeding device (2) that allows a volume of curd and serum to be collected and distributed in order for same to be poured into a mold, said feeding device (2) comprising a hopper (4) that tapers towards a bottom distribution base (5) having distribution ports (6); - molds (7) into which the curd/serum mixture (3) is to be poured; and - a distribution plate (8) perforated with orifices (9), downstream of which the molds (7) are placed during the mold filling process, the feeding device (2) being movable horizontally relative to the distribution plate (8) in a direction of movement (X); the system (1) being characterized in that the feeding device (2) includes a connection plate (10) which is disposed at least partly around the base (5) of the hopper (4) and is designed to be in contact with the distribution plate (8) when the molds (7) are filled with the curd/serum mixture (3), the system (1) further comprising a vent unit (11) for conducting an air flow that is displaced from a mold (7) when same is filled, to at least one downstream mold (7).
