[origin: WO2019201437A1] The invention relates to a striking tool (1) for the crushing of metal objects or rocky materials, wherein the striking tool (1) is produced from an iron-based material and comprises a bearing section (3) in which a bearing opening (4) is formed for the freely pendular mounting of the striking tool (1) about a pivot axis, as well as comprising a striking section (2) that is exposed to a striking impact during use via contact with the material to be crushed. The invention also relates to a rotor fitted with same for a machine for crushing metal objects or rocky materials. The striking tool (1) according to the invention easily improves the ability of its bearing section to receive the dynamic loads acting on the striking tool during use. In addition, the rotor according to the invention easily permits an optimal period of use of the striking tool pendularly mounted on same. This is achieved in that, in the new state of the striking tool (1), the bearing opening (4) has a support section (7) on the inner circumferential surface (8) of which the striking tool (1) is mounted in its pendular movement about the pivot axis, and an expansion section (9) which is connected to the support section (7) and via which the bearing opening (4) is expanded in the direction of the striking section (2) in relation of the support section (7).
