For more flexible use of the conveyor system, at least one second moving trolley (14, 14") having a second trolley parameter (NL) differing from the first trolley parameter (BL) is provided, and the controller (30, 46) is designed to place at least one waypoint (66, 68) along the conveyor section (12), at which waypoint a certain action is triggered, for the second moving trolley (14, 14") at a different position along the conveyor section (12) than for the first moving trolley (14, 14').
