[origin: WO2019207018A1] The invention relates to a process for the continuous sterilisation of an emulsified dermocosmetic product according to a formulation, comprising the steps consisting in: - determining a data pair comprising a combination of components of the formulation, termed partial formulation, and a preheating temperature T1, this data pair providing a viscosity η at a preheating temperature T1; - obtaining a pre-emulsion by mixing the components of the partial formulation, with stirring in a non-sterile environment; - preheating the pre-emulsion to the determined temperature T1; - sterilising by infusion the preheated pre-emulsion so as to achieve a sterility index F0 greater than or equal to 15; sterilising, separately from the pre-emulsion, the other components of the formulation; - mixing the sterile pre-emulsion with the sterile components, with stirring and in a sterile environment, so as to obtain the sterile emulsified dermocosmetic product according to the formulation.
