Abstract (en)
[origin: WO2020169905A1] A spectrometer (10) comprises an optic for collecting radiation (1), a mask (2) with a plurality of openings, a pupillary imaging system (3), a spectral-spread-function assembly and a photodetector (7). The pupillary imaging system forms images (PE1, PE2, PE3,…) of an entrance pupil (PE) of the spectrometer on the photodetector, through the spectral-spread-function assembly. In this way, homogeneity is obtained for the spectral-response function of the spectrometer, relative to heterogeneities in luminance distribution that may exist inside each spatial sample of the scene.
