[origin: WO2019209740A1] The disclosed technology generally relates to a biosensor configured for immunoassay, and more specifically to a biosensor having structures configured to enhance speed and sensitivity of immunoassay, and to test kits and methods of immunoassay using same. In one aspect, a sensor assembly adapted for an enzyme linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) comprises a sensor strip comprising one or more wells formed therein. The sensor assembly additionally comprises one or more detection structures connected to a sidewall of each of the one or more wells, wherein the one or more detection structures are configured to immobilize a biological molecule directly thereon.
