The conductor tracks (34) are applied to a film (32) formed by injection moulding on the inner side of the diaphragm element (18) during the manufacture of the diaphragm element (18), in such a way that the film (32) with the conductor tracks (34) forms an insert of the diaphragm element (18) produced by injection moulding, the conductor tracks (34) lying on the side of the film (32) away from the sensor element (20).
