Abstract (en)
A roller (102) for a conveyor is described. The roller can have a first end (104), a second end (106), and a crown (108) defined along a length of the roller between the first end and the second end. The crown of the roller includes a groove (130) defined along an apex portion of the crown. The groove can support an O-ring (132) and the crown can support a flat band (152) mounted over the O-ring in the groove.
