The air deflector (1) is hinged to the air outlet frame (2) by a first rotating shaft (3). The air deflector motion device further includes a driving assembly hinged to the air deflector (1) by a second rotating shaft (4). The driving assembly is preset with a driving range, and the driving assembly drives the air deflector (1) to rotate around the first rotating shaft (3) in the driving range, so that the center of gravity of the air deflector (1) is located at the side, close to the second rotating shaft (4), of the first rotating shaft (3), or the center of gravity of the air deflector (1) is located above or below the first rotating shaft (3) in the vertical direction. The fan provided with the air deflector motion device can be prevented from suddenly shaking, thereby ensuring the fluency of operation of the air deflector.
