Abstract (en)

[origin: WO2019219857A1] The invention relates to a hair clip (10), which comprises: - a first clip body (12), having a first base section (18) and a first clamping section (20); and - a second clip body (14), having a second base section (22) and a second clamping section (24). The first base section (18) and the second base section (22) are coupled to each other by means of a joint (16) along a pivot axis (26) so that the first and second clamping sections (20, 24) are mounted for movement relative to each other about the pivot axis (26). An elastic element presses the first clamping section (20) and the second clamping section (24) into an adjacent position By means of a first actuating element (30) arranged on the first base section (18), the first clamping section (20) can be moved from the adjacent position into a spread position in relation to the second clamping section (24). Furthermore, the first actuating element (30) is mounted on the first base section (18) for movement relative thereto such that the first actuating element (30) can assume a first position and a second position relative to the first base section (18).
