[origin: WO2019219365A1] The bearer (3) of the invention is suitable for being used with a washer-dryer (1) having a drum (2) in which the laundry items are placed, and comprises at least two electrodes (14) used for detecting dryness of the laundry items by contacting the laundry items inside the drum (2), a control unit in which the dryness information detected by the electrodes (14) is evaluated, at least one battery (4), a base (5), a seat (7) with an open top, provided on the base (5), in which the battery (4) is placed, and a retainer (6) on which the electrodes (14) are placed, bearing the electrodes (14), having at least one support (8) at least partially surrounding the portion of the battery (4) disposed out of the seat (7) and at least one arch (9) exerting pressure on the portion of the battery (4) disposed out of the seat (7).
