[origin: WO2019239054A1] The invention concerns a heat exchanger for a motor vehicle, in particular a radiator or a condenser, comprising: - a plurality of tubes (1), in particular extruded tubes, in which a heat transfer fluid can flow, - a plurality of fins (20) arranged between the tubes, in particular in contact with these tubes, in which heat exchanger at least one of the fins (20), in particular the majority of the fins or all of the fins, comprises a set of upstream louvres (31) and a set of downstream louvres (32), these louvres (23;25) defining passages (33) for a flow of air from the upstream set (31) towards the downstream set (32), and the number (N1) of louvres (23) in the set of upstream louvres (31) is different to, and preferably strictly greater than, the number (N2) of louvres (25) in the set of downstream louvres (32).
