[origin: WO2019220488A1] Provided is an air conditioner in which a fan and a heat exchanger are purified. The air conditioner is provided with an indoor heat exchanger (15), an indoor fan (16), a fan cleaning part (24) that cleans the indoor fan (16), and a control unit that controls at least the indoor fan (16) and the fan cleaning part (24). After cleaning of the indoor fan (26) by the fan cleaning unit (24), the control unit causes the indoor heat exchanger (15) to function as an evaporator, and causes the indoor heat exchanger (15) to carry out freezing or condensation.
