[origin: WO2019224273A1] The invention relates to a device for treating a human body part with the emission of light pulses, comprising a handpiece for applying light pulses to the body part, the handpiece being movable in relation to the body and comprising an exit window for the exit of the light pulses over a localised area of the part of the body, and an optical, capacitive or inertial motion detector, said device also comprising a system for controlling the emission of the light pulses which is configured so as to automatically trigger the light pulses during the movement of the handpiece, at a rate determined at least according to at least one piece of information supplied by the motion detector.
