[origin: WO2019234683A1] The invention relates to a seat device (1) comprising an underframe (2) and a seat (3) connected to the underframe (2) in such a way as to pivot about a seat axis (A1), there being provided means for elastically stressing the seat (3) in anti-clockwise rotation. The seat device (1) further comprises a lumbar part (42), rotationally secured to the seat (3), and a saddle (5) for supporting the top of the thighs of the user, the saddle (5) being connected to the front region of the seat (3).
