The clamp (1) comprises: a frame (3) which has a first longitudinal axis (11) and on which elements are mounted successively along the first axis (11); and a control unit (33) suitable for controlling the at least one actuator (5) such as to apply a straightening torque to the rail (2), in a plane parallel to the first and third axes (11, 13), between the actuator (5) acting on the rail and the engaged hooking device (18).
