[origin: WO2019229348A1] The invention relates to a padlock (1) comprising a body (2) and a loop (3) mounted to freely translate and rotate relative to said body, said body is provided with an orifice (7) and a groove arranged inside said orifice, said loop comprises a thin end portion (16) mounted in said orifice, and said padlock comprises an assembly component (4) mechanically secured to said thin end portion and housed in said groove, said assembly component being configured to allow said loop to rotate relative to said body and to also allow said loop to translationally move in said orifice of said body between a first position, in which said padlock is in a closed state, and a second position, in which said padlock is in an open state, and said assembly component forms a stop on said thin end portion.
