Abstract (en)

[origin: WO2019228581A1] The invention relates to a retrofit spying-out protection of an electronic communication or entertainment device, in particular a smartphone, which is provided with a miniature digital camera having a camera lens, composed of a lens cover (2) of a camera lens, which is movable under a film (3;4) having a through-recess (6). Said retrofit spying-out protection only insignificantly enlarges the spatial volume of the device equipped therewith and, in addition, can easily be placed in and out of operation, which is achieved in that the film (3;4) covers the total area of one side of the device and is equipped with an undercut (16) around the edge of the through-recess (6), said undercut widening towards the surface of the device. The lens cover (2) rests on the surface of the electronic device with a contact surface (10) facing away from the access surface (8), extends with lateral flattened portions (18) under the undercut (16) and is held in a form-fitting manner on the surface by the film (3;4), wherein the undercut (16) has a dovetail-shaped contour in the cross-section through the through-recess (6).
