Abstract (en)

[origin: WO2019229062A1] The invention relates to a switch system comprising: a switch (1041); a discharge branch of a control terminal (G1) of the switch (1041); and a voltage limiting circuit (120) designed to inject a current (iL) into the discharge branch, between a discharge resistor (RD) and the control terminal (G1) of the switch (1041), in order to limit a switch voltage (VCE1). The voltage limiting circuit (1201) comprises: an operational amplifier (AO) arranged to compare a voltage (V*CE1) representative of the switch voltage (VCE1) with a reference voltage (VREF), in order to supply an output voltage (Vs) according to the comparison; and a current generating circuit (124, 126) designed to generate the injected current (iL) according to the output voltage (Vs) of the operational amplifier (AO).
