[origin: KR20200021399A] According to an idea of the present invention, a display device comprises: a substrate; a plurality of inorganic light emitting elements mounted on a mounting surface of the substrate; and an encapsulation layer formed on an entire area of the mounting surface of the substrate to cover the plurality of inorganic light emitting elements and having a viscoelastic change material whose viscoelasticity is lowered when heated to reach a predetermined temperature. According to the present invention, an optical performance is improved, thereby improving an image quality of the display device.
