[origin: WO2020003039A1] The invention relates to an assembly (1) and to a method for completely sterilizing at least one object (4). For this purpose, a chamber (6) is provided, in which the object (4) is sterilized. A plasma system (11) for producing reactive species is associated with the chamber (6). A pumping device (12) is arranged in such a way that a circulation mass flow (19) leads through the plasma system (11) and over at least one object (4) through the chamber (6) and back to the pumping device (12). An outlet (8) is fluidically associated with the chamber (6) such that an effective mass flow (8W) can be led out of the chamber.
