[origin: WO2020000003A1] The invention relates to a cranked bending tool (1) for a bending machine, said tool comprising a tool body (3) which has at least one tool shaft (4) for receiving at least part of the bending tool (1) in a receiving shaft provided therefor, and which tool body (3) has a tool centre of gravity outside a vertical plane of symmetry of the receiving shaft. At least one movement means (8) is provided on the tool shaft (4) for moving the bending tool (1) in the longitudinal direction (22) of the bending machine and for receiving same in a groove, at least one side of said movement means being excellently designed on the tool shaft (4) relative in each case to a tool shaft surface (7). In addition, at least one spacer element (2) is designed which is provided for applying a supporting force (23) which counteracts the tilting moment caused by deviation of the tool centre of gravity from the plane of symmetry in the transverse direction (21). The at least one spacer element (2) comprises at least one rolling body (25) which is mounted with a prestressing force (24), is mounted on or at least partially inside the tool body (3) so as to be movable at least in the direction of the prestressing force (24), and at least part of which is arranged excellently relative to a surface of the tool body (3) which is preferably adjacent to the at least one rolling body (25).
