The device according to the invention further comprises a torsion spring (20) mounted between the control lever (10) and the rotation element (11), and first and second pawls (21, 22) scissor-mounted via a torsion spring (23), the first pawl (21) engaging with a first cam track (100) of the lever (10) to release the first pawl (21) from a first stop (11a) and release the rotation element (11), and the second pawl (22) engaging with a second cam track (105) of the lever (10) to release the second pawl (21) from a second stop (11b) and release the rotation element (11).
