[origin: WO2020008072A1] The present invention provides a method of manufacturing an adsorbent material-containing monolith, comprising: providing a rigid housing; providing a mixture comprising one or more powdered binder materials and one or more adsorbent materials in a chamber region of the housing: treating the mixture to enable the one or more powdered binder materials and the one or more adsorbent materials to fuse together; to thereby form an adsorbent material-containing monolith in the rigid housing. The rigid housing may be an air spring component or a mould of a desired predetermined shape.
