[origin: WO2020008114A1] The invention relates to a woven or knitted band (1) which comprises a lateral direction and longitudinal direction. The structure of the band comprises electrically conductive yarns (2,4) in the longitudinal direction of the band, and longitudinal elastic yarns (3) which are arranged to bind to the structure as yarns separate from the electrically conductive yarns (2, 4). The invention additionally relates to a garment and use of the band.
