[origin: WO2020007491A1] Disclosed is a power supply system comprising - a photovoltaic system, - a hydrogen system, - a hot water system, - a rechargeable battery, and - an engine, wherein - the photovoltaic system comprises a photovoltaic unit (PV), an inverter (WR) that is coupled to the photovoltaic unit, and a protective mechanism (SM) that is coupled to the inverter (WR) and/or the photovoltaic unit (PV), - the hydrogen system comprises a hydrogen production device (WE) for producing hydrogen, a hydrogen tank (WT) for storing the produced hydrogen, and a hydrogen preparation device (WA) for preparing the hydrogen stored in the hydrogen tank, and - the hot water system comprises at least one water tank (T) with a heating system (HS).
