Die Erfindung betrifft einen Barfußschuh (1) mit einem Oberteil und einer Schuhsohle (2), die mit dem Oberteil (3) verbunden ist und aus einem geschäumten thermoplastischen Polyurethanmaterial mit einer Shore-Härte A im Bereich von etwa 25 bis etwa 55 besteht. Weiterhin sind eine Schuhsohle (2) für einen Barfußschuh (1) sowie ein Verfahren zum Herstellen eines Barfußschuhs (1) geschaffen.
