[origin: WO2021094363A1] The invention relates to a device (1) for the dry ice treatment of surfaces (12), wherein the device (1) comprises a dry ice source (2) for providing dry ice, a mixer unit (3), a pressurised air source (4) fluidically connected to the mixer unit (3), and a conditioning unit (5) fluidically connected to the mixer unit (3) and for adapting a dry ice particle / pressurised air mixture (11) provided by the mixerr unit (3) to application-specific conditions. The conditioning unit (5) is deigned to condition the dry ice particle / pressurised air mixture (11) in such a way that a previously determined/determinable portion of the dry ice particles in the dry ice particle / pressurised air mixture (11) are completely sublimated at a previously determined/determinable distance in front of the surface (12) to be treated.

Die Erfindung betrifft eine Vorrichtung (1) zur Trockeneisbehandlung von Oberflächen (12), wobei die Vorrichtung (1) eine Trockeneisquelle (2) zum Bereitstellen von Trockeneis, eine Mischeinheit (3), eine mit der Mischeinheit (3) strömungsmäßig verbundene Druckluftquelle (4) und eine mit der Mischeinheit (3) strömungsmäßig verbundene Konditioniereinheit (5) zum Anpassen eines von der Mischeinheit (3) bereitgestellten Trockeneispartikel-Druckluftgemisches (11) an anwendungsspezifische Bedingungen aufweist. Die Konditioniereinheit (5) ist ausgebildet, das Trockeneispartikel-Druckluftgemisch (11) derart zu konditionieren, dass ein vorab festgelegter oder festlegbarer Anteil der Trockeneispartikel in dem Trockeneispartikel-Druckluftgemisch (11) in einem vorab festgelegten oder festlegbaren Abstand vor der zu behandelnden Oberfläche (12) vollständig sublimiert.
