Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft eine Schuhsohlenanordnung, die eine Laufsohle (10) mit einer zur Fußseite weisenden Sohleninnenfläche (12) umfasst, die von einem umlaufenden Sohlenrand (14) umgeben ist. In der Laufsohle (10) ist ein Innenraum (16) ausgebildet, in dem mehrere nach oben zur Fußseite weisende elastische Dämpfungsschalen (18) mit einem zur Sohleninnenfläche (12) der Laufsohle (10) weisenden Schalenboden (20) und einer den Schalenboden (20) umlaufenden Schalenwand (22) angeordnet sind. In der Schalenwand (22) und/oder dem Schalenboden (20) einer oder mehrerer Dämpfungsschalen (18) ist wenigstens eine Perforation (24) eingebracht.
