[origin: WO2020020706A1] Illustrated and described are a combipack, in particular a parallelepipedal, paperboard/plastic combipack for pourable products, having an elliptical overcoated hole (3), provided in the gable-top of the combipack (1), with a major ellipse axis (H) and a minor ellipse axis (N), and having a pouring element (2) that comprises a main body (7), a hollow-cylindrical cutting element (11), movably guided in the main body (7), with a cylinder outside diameter (D) and a reclosable screw cap (9), wherein, when the combipack (1) is opened for the first time, the screw cap (9) drives the cutting element (11), which thus forms a pouring opening in the region of the overcoated hole (3), and wherein first guide means formed on the cutting element (11) correspond and cooperate with second guide means formed on the main body. In order to create as large an outflow diameter as possible while maintaining a pre-existing variant of an overcoated hole (3), or in order to optimize the system made up of the overcoated hole (3) and cutting element (11) beyond the normal limits of said system, according to the invention the cylinder outside diameter (D) is at least equal to the length of the minor ellipse axis (N). This results in the enlargement, by the side wall of the hollow-cylindrical cutting element (11), of at least some portions of the overcoated hole (3).
