[origin: WO2020046261A1] Method and system for systematic prognostic analysis includes a systematic prognosis analysis engine including causal model assembly algorithms for receiving streams of statistical features of the OE entities based on historical data, constructing a graphical integrated causal model having a series of topologies, each topology having nodes that represent stochastic variables associated with the OE entities. For each variable, structured conditional probability tables are constructed based on a dynamic Bayesian model and corresponding conditional probability tables are attached to each variable. The systematic prognosis analysis engine may include meta-analysis algorithms for detecting knowledge gaps in the input data used for constructing the structured conditional probability tables and optimizing the topology based on computational resource constraints.
