[origin: WO2020021182A1] The invention relates to a device (10) for packaging and applying a cosmetic product, comprising a mechanism (14) for receiving a stick of cosmetic product, a base cover (12) forming a first housing (L1) for receiving a first portion of the mechanism (14), a first seal (28) between an element (16) of the base cover (12) and an element (20; 22; 23) of the mechanism (14), and a cap (18) fixed on the base cover (12) in order to define a second housing (L2) receiving a second portion of the mechanism (14). A second seal (42) is provided between the cap (18) and said element (16) of the base cover (12) and/or said element (20; 22; 23) of the mechanism (14). The first and second housings (L1; L2) are connected in a sealed manner by the element (16) of the base cover (12) and/or the element (20; 22; 23) of the mechanism (14).
