[origin: WO2020030607A1] The invention relates to the use of a blocked amine as an auxiliary curing agent for isocyanate-group-containing polymers having a low content of monomeric diisocyanates, obtained from the reaction of at least one monomeric diisocyanate with at least one polyol in an NCO/OH ratio of at least 3/1 and the subsequent removal of the bulk of the monomeric diisocyanate by means of a suitable separation method. The invention further relates to the moisture-curing polyurethane compositions obtained from this use. The use provides storage-stable, moisture-curing polyurethane compositions, which are also safe to handle without particular protective measures and can be sold in many countries without hazard identification, can be readily processed, and reliably and rapidly cure at ambient temperatures to form a material having high strength, resilience and elasticity and increased resistance to atmospheric influences. Moisture-curing polyurethane compositions of this type are particularly suitable as resilient sealants, adhesives or coatings, in particular also for exposed outdoor applications.
