[origin: WO2020225368A1] The invention relates to an onshore drilling rig (10) comprising a drill mast (12), a top drive (14) which can be moved in the drill mast (12) along the vertical axis of the drill mast (12), and a cage bearing (18) on an upper end (16) of the drill mast (12), wherein the cage bearing (18) can be moved by means of a positioning device (24). The invention also relates to a method for operating such a drilling rig (10) and to a method for operating a top drive (14) in the drill mast (12) of such a drilling rig (10).
