[origin: WO2020030869A1] The invention relates to an earphone (2) comprising an audio transducer (19) and an extra-auricular support comprising a housing (9) for the transducer, a body (4) and an attachment device (14) which cooperates with the housing and the body. The attachment device is designed to couple the housing and the body to the auricle of the ear in an attachment position in which the transducer is pressed against the inner face (3b) of the auricle (3) and in which the body is pressed against the outer face (3a) of the auricle. The body forms a clip, the tabs of which are designed to overlap the root of the helix (6) on the outer face of the auricle in attachment position and the attachment device is designed to center the transducer opposite the body on the inner face of the auricle opposite the root of the helix in attachment position.
