[origin: US2021180900A1] Bolt catches for firearms, receivers for firearms configured to receive the bolt catches, and firearms including the disclosed receivers and bolt catches. The disclosed bolt catches have a first bolt catch lever having a center element defining an undercut recess configured to optionally receive a connection section of a second bolt catch lever, and a biasing element configured to urge the first bolt catch lever into an idle position; the disclosed receivers are configured to receive the disclosed bolt catches, and the disclosed firearms include a receiver, and a grip and/or a stock, provided that the receiver defines a recess for receiving a second bolt catch lever and/or a plug.
