[origin: GB2575304A] A coupling element 150 for coupling a medicament cartridge 100 to a hub assembly 200. Coupling element 150 comprises: a body 152 having a generally tubular proximal part 154 for receiving a crimp fitting 114 of the cartridge 100; a distal part 156 defining a release member chamber 168 for receiving a release member 204b of the hub assembly 200; and at least one clip formation 160 for engagement with the cartridge crimp fitting 114, securing coupling element 150 to cartridge 100 when a closure 110 of cartridge 100 is inserted into the coupling-element’s proximal part 154; and a sealing formation 116 for engaging cartridge closure 110, to form a seal S1 between the coupling element 150 and the closure 110. Also a cannula assembly for connection to a medicament cartridge 100, the assembly comprising: a hub assembly 200 comprising a cannula 204 and a release member 204b that’s co-operable with a sealing element 112 to connect a medicament chamber 104 of the cartridge 100 to the cannula 204; and a coupling element 150 for coupling hub assembly 200 with cartridge 100. Also a medicament packaging assembly comprising: a cannula assembly; and a medicament-cartridge 110 engaged with a coupling-element 150.
