[origin: WO2020035420A1] The invention relates to a closing cap made of plastic for an opening of a liquid container, the closing cap comprising: devices for interlockingly connecting to the opening or to an edge or container neck (20) surrounding the opening; and a head plate (1), which covers the opening during use. The aim of the invention is to create a closing cap of the type described above that can be colored but nevertheless opaque. This aim is achieved, according to the invention, in that the head plate (1) has at least one layer (5) that is opaque for light in the visible frequency range.
