[origin: WO2020178205A1] The invention relates to a ventilation system (10) for at least one space (100), comprising at least one ventilation device (20) with at least one housing (30) which has a first flow duct (40) with, arranged therein, at least one fan (44) for delivering outside air into the space (100) and at least one second flow duct (50) with, arranged therein, at least one fan (54) for delivering exhaust air from the space (100), wherein at least one respective section (46; 56) of the first flow duct (40) and the second flow duct (50) runs in the region of a heat exchanger (60). In order to provide an improved ventilation system with high efficiency, maintainability and adaptability to different installation situations, it is provided according to the invention that the housing (30) of the ventilation device (20) is divided in modular fashion into at least three housing portions (31; 32; 33) by means of at least two partition walls or partition surfaces (35; 36) that are arranged essentially perpendicular to the main flow direction of the outside air and exhaust air. At least one of the fans (44; 54) is arranged, for noise minimizing purposes, on that side of the flow ducts (40; 50) that is oriented away from the space (100).
