Einlegesohle (1) für einen Schuh, aufweisend einen Grundkörper (2) bestehend aus einem Fersenbereich (3), einen Mittelfußbereich (4) sowie einen Zehenbereich (5), wobei der Grundkörper (1) eine Spange (13) aufweist, die sich vom Fersenbereich (3) zumindest in den Mittelfußbereich (4) erstreckt und in dem Fersenbereich (3) eine Ausnehmung (14) für das Fersenbein eines Anwenders aufweist, wobei die Spange (13) zumindest eine erste Einkerbung (15) aufweist, die sich von der Ausnehmung (14) im Fersenbereich (3) in den Mittelfußbereich (4) erstreckt, und der Grundkörper (2) im Mittelfußbereich (4) in Längsrichtung (L) im Wesentlichen abgeflacht ist, so dass der untere Fersensporn der Ferse und die Sehnenplatte der Fußsohle eines Anwenders im wesentlichen druckfrei bleiben.
