Die Erfindung umfasst eine Halteplatte (1) umfassend eine erste Platte (2) und eine zweite Platte (3), die in einer ersten Ebene angeordnet sind, sowie eine dritte Platte (8), die in einer zweiten Ebene angeordnet ist, welche parallel zur ersten Ebene verläuft, wobei die dritte Platte (8) eine geringere Biegesteifigkeit aufweist als die erste Platte (2) und die zweite Platte (3), wobei die erste Platte (2) und die zweite Platte (3) so über die dritte Platte (8) miteinander verbunden sind, dass zwischen der ersten Platte (2) und der zweiten Platte (3) ein Scharnier ausgebildet ist, um dessen Scharnierachse (A) die erste Platte (2) und/oder die zweite Platte (3) mit dem jeweils damit verbundenen Teil der dritten Platte (8) verbiegbar sind.
