[origin: WO2020035502A1] The invention relates to a multilayer ballistic protection panel (1) which comprises a stack of layers of fabric (2) woven with twisted polyester threads and layers of adhesive (3) made of polyethylene-based thermoplastic material (8) which are alternately interposed between the layers of fabric. The overall cohesion of the panel is ensured by the thermoplastic material that passes through the interstices (7) of the layers of fabric and links the adhesive layers together. The panel is preferably a compact laminated panel manufactured by hot pressing under high pressure. It can be used alone or in combination with steel or ceramic to produce bulletproof clothing and accessories and coatings for the walls of civilian or military vehicles or for armoured construction elements.

La présente invention concerne un ensemble de panneau structuré par une combinaison de résines thermodurcissables et/ou thermostables de mélamine avec des tissus tissés et non tissés avec des fibres naturelles, synthétiques, polymères et/ou minérales. En particulier, l'invention concerne un assemblage du panneau qui comprend des films de résine thermodurcissables et/ou des films de mélamine de support en combinaison avec des feuilles de noyau à partir de tissus synthétiques de polymère de palyaxyéthylène oxy-téréphtaloyle composés de fils à très haute ténacité en tissage tressé et tissus synthétiques de polymères de polyoxyéthylène oxy-téréphtaloyle avec des fils de dureté moyenne en tissage plat, imprégnés de films polymères adhésifs et/ou résine de mélamine liquide ou en films de type Overlay, de manière à permettre la fabrication de panneaux d'une ou de plusieurs couches, dans des presses avec des pressages très haute pression, débouchant sur des caractéristiques mécaniques et des applications améliorées dans lesquelles l'utilisation de matériaux haute toxicité à base de résines phénoliques est éliminée.
