Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren zum Befüllen eines Behälters (4) mit einem Füllprodukt (20), bevorzugt zum Befüllen einer Glasflasche mit einem sauerstoffempfindlichen Getränk in einer Getränkeabfüllanlage, umfassend das abdichtende Verbinden eines Füllorgans mit dem Inneren des zu befüllenden Behälters (4), und das Initiieren einer Unterdruckbeaufschlagung des Inneren des Behälters (4), wobei ein den Unterdruck im zu befüllenden Behälter (4) quantifizierender Parameter ermittelt wird, wobei in Abhängigkeit des ermittelten Parameters entweder ein Normalbetrieb-Spülung des Inneren des Behälters (4) oder eine Notbetrieb-Pulsspülung des Inneren des Behälters (4) durchgeführt wird; sowie eine zum Ausführen des vorgenannten Verfahrens ausgebildete Vorrichtung.
