[origin: WO2020039399A1] A micropump comprises: a momentum unit (10) having a piezo actuator (11) which is arranged on a vibrating diaphragm (12); a vibrating plate (15) which is arranged opposite the vibrating diaphragm (12) and has a blower opening (16); and a wall arranged between the vibrating diaphragm (12) and the vibrating plate (15), such that a blower chamber (13) is formed; and a housing (20), in which the momentum unit (10) is mounted, having an intake opening (24), and an outlet opening (25), which is opposite the blower opening (16). The housing (2) forms a closed space (H), and has at least one intake opening (24), which is arranged radially or on an underside opposite the momentum unit (10) and has an intake channel, leading into a pump chamber (26) situated between the vibrating plate (15) and the housing inner side. The invention also relates to the use of the micropump according to the invention.
